Qualifications

• Armed security experience in security, law enforcement, or related field.
• 1–2 years customer service experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work as part of a team with Site Lead and other officers.
• Proficiency with radios and surveillance equipment.

Responsibilities

• Threat identification and monitoring for suspicious activity.
• Regular patrols of premises and assigned stations.
• Control access to church facilities; ensure only authorized entry.
• Respond to emergencies; assist to minimize risks and protect people and property.
• Collaborate with Site Lead and other officers to maintain coverage and communication.
• Document incidents and report to Site Lead promptly.
• Provide friendly, helpful service to church members, staff, and visitors.
• Prevent theft, vandalism, and property damage through vigilant presence.
