Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly, following established post orders and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of the facility, production areas, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles entering or exiting the location.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents and patrol observations, and communicate findings to Allied Universal leadership.
