Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider, seeks an Elite Security Officer Full Time Patrol Communications in Austin, TX. You will patrol, deter incidents, and deliver professional customer service to students, staff, and visitors at an educational location.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security experience.
• Armed Guard Card or License and Texas Level III Armed Certification.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and vendors while enforcing site policies.
• Respond calmly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances following procedures.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, assist with access control, report suspicious activity promptly.
• Maintain patrol logs and daily activity reports per site requirements.
