Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer - Access Control Gate in San Antonio, TX for a part-time position. You will monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor and badge processes, and respond to security concerns while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires an Armed Guard Card or License, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility to deter unauthorized access and identify security concerns.
• Communicate professionally with bank personnel, visitors, and responders about security matters.
