Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer - Access Control in San Antonio, TX. You will provide access-control services at an airport location, assist travelers and staff, and respond to incidents with calm professionalism and clear communication.

• Follow access-control protocols and respond to incidents per guidelines.
• Maintain professional communication with airport personnel and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at an airport location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and notification procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, access points, roadways, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor and report unusual activity, unsecured doors, damaged property, traffic concerns, and other potential hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while interacting professionally with airport personnel and the public.
