Qualifications

• Armed Guard Card or License required.
• At least 6 months armed security-related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Participate in security training programs.
• Licensing requirements may vary by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members, guests, residents, staff, and vendors by handling access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain records.
• Respond calmly to access-control concerns and incidents and notify supervisors.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Maintain a professional presence at access points and guide authorized individuals.
