Job summary

Stanley Consultants in Phoenix seeks a Senior Project Manager and Arizona Market Sector Leader to drive delivery of municipal, utility, and industrial water projects while expanding client relationships.

You will mentor engineers, shape growth strategy for Arizona Water, collaborate with national resources, and lead cross-disciplinary teams through design, permitting, and construction phases.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering; M.S. in Civil or Environmental engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Arizona or ability to obtain within six months.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant experience including at least 15 years as a Project Manager.
• Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater projects from planning through construction.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and project financial performance.
• Serve as the primary client contact and build trusted client relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across civil, process, structural, mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines.
