Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Driving is an essential function of this role.
• Level determined by experience: Account Manager (grade 6) or (grade 5).

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Account Specialists engaging with pulmonologists, allergists and ENTs to promote the product per strategy.
• Develop business plans and implement area strategies to meet regional objectives.
• Provide training and coaching to Account Specialists to drive performance.
• Plan and conduct sales meetings to inform, train, and motivate representatives.
• Recruit, hire and retain qualified talent for Account Specialist roles.
• Complete required training, testing and product certifications on time.
• Attend local, regional, sector and national meetings and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Foster a performance-based culture and model GSK expectations.
• Follow GSK policies and risk-based standards in support of customers and colleagues.
