Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience with increasing responsibility.
• Highly organized, self-directed with sound judgment.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently in changing environments.
• Team player able to manage internal/external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Process client contracts and project documents using Word, Excel, and DocuSign.
• Maintain records in SharePoint and manage invoices.
• Ensure compliance with federal grant agreements and ACA policies.
• Prepare budgets and track financial performance for AZMEP.
• Lead reporting and CRM-based metrics to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor list, RFQs, contracting, and vendor performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and special projects.
