Johnson Mark PC is seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney to join our established litigation team as the primary in-state attorney for court appearances and trials. This hands-on role requires representing clients in in-person proceedings across Arizona and moving a high volume of matters toward timely resolution with strong support from our operations team.

Qualifications

• Must have J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Arizona law license in good standing
• Residency or relocation to Arizona before employment
• Ability to attend in-person hearings and trials throughout Arizona
• Willingness to travel within Arizona

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary in-state attorney for hearings, trials, and court proceedings in Arizona
• Manage Arizona litigation matters, ensuring deadlines, hearings, and actions are handled timely
• Review cases, identify next steps, and coordinate with other Arizona attorney and staff to move matters toward resolution
• Prepare for and attend in-person and remote Arizona court hearings, trials, and proceedings
• Assist with pleadings, motions, discovery, legal research, trial preparation, and other litigation activities
• Communicate professionally with courts, opposing counsel, witnesses, and internal teams
• Evaluate matters and assist with settlement negotiations within established guidelines
• Travel throughout Arizona as reasonably necessary to provide required court coverage
