EZARC is seeking a Safety Manager to lead EHS activities at an Arizona construction site. You will work closely with project leadership, supervision, and subcontractors to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with EZARC, customer, and regulatory requirements.

The role includes field leadership, hazard identification, incident investigations, and continuous safety improvement. Responsibilities include coordinating safety orientations, training, and site safety programs;

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of construction safety experience.
• At least 3 years in a team management or safety leadership role.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA construction safety requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop safety personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage safety activities for the assigned Arizona construction site.
• Supervise and provide direction to Safety Coordinators and other safety personnel.
• Maintain a strong field presence and regularly observe work activities for hazards.
