Crescent Hotels & Resorts seeks a server for the Aria Lounge at the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel. You will handle guest orders, maintain a high level of guest satisfaction, and work in a contemporary casual setting.

Strong night-shift availability, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs are essential. You will join a team that values service, speed, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a team player with a strong guest focus.
• Ability to work nights and extended shifts up to 10–12 hours.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs as needed.
• Experience handling guest orders and delivering service with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders in the Aria Lounge.
• Use MICROS to process orders and maintain service standards.
• Provide high-quality service and ensure guest satisfaction during dinner service.
• Work night shifts as part of a dynamic lounge team.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

As a server in the Aria Lounge, the Sheraton Oklahoma City Downtown Hotel's contemporary casual restaurant open for dinner and drinks, your typical day will be using the operating system MICROS to take and serve guest orders to the high standards of customer satisfaction that we take pride in.

You are a night owl and a prime example of a team player. You are relentlessly reliable and don't mind shifts up to 10-12 hours. You know how to make a guest feel special even when it is a busy night and are able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. You are able to keep a quick pace and lift heavy trays up to 30 lbs when needed.
