Shift hours

Candidate must be available 5 days from 7, Sunday to Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00. Full Time: 38.45 hours per week.

Early shift: 08:00 - 16:00

Late shift: 12:00 - 20:00

About the role:

Argos Shift Managers are responsible for managing shifts within our Argos stores, inspiring and motivating teams, and providing on-the-job support. They coach colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and may lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, overseeing tasks like organizing the warehouse, taking deliveries, and serving customers. They are product and service experts, focusing on driving sales and profitability.
