Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to manage cleaning operations for event shifts and ensure facility cleanliness and high service quality. You will report to the Site Manager and supervise team leaders and employees to meet safety and performance standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating supplies and equipment, training staff, conducting inspections, and addressing client requests while maintaining accurate shift records and time tracking.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions from supervisor and complete tasks effectively.
• Lift at least 50 pounds.
• Push/pull and move equipment.
• Climb ladders as required.
• Work in hot, cold, and/or damp environments.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and execute cleaning operations for assigned shifts.
• Control labor hours and equipment costs.
• Enforce productivity, safety, and quality standards.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and labor are available to complete tasks.
• Provide employee training and communicate policies.
