Job summary

Levy Restaurants, located at United Center, is seeking a Server for a union, part-time, event-based role. You will provide high-level food and beverage service in a fast-paced arena setting, with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving with Levy standards, and upselling where appropriate. Must be 21+ and able to stand long hours, with basic math and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ and comply with alcohol service laws.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Knowledge of food and wine is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and drinks following Levy standards.
• Take and enter orders accurately using POS system.
• Answer questions about the menu, wine, and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Assist with food running, table clearing, and resetting.
• Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
• Provide exceptional guest service and upsell when appropriate.
