Job summary

Seneca-Gaming-Corporation in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests, team members and property while delivering exceptional guest service. You will stand, patrol, respond to emergencies, and uphold confidentiality across the casino environment.

The role requires strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a 24‑hour schedule. Training will include CPR/First Aid and security program completion.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in security, law enforcement, military or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to use basic software for security duties (report writing, dispatch, etc.).
• Able to write clearly and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of guests and team members on the premises.
• Maintain security postings and patrol as directed.
• Respond to medical emergencies and guest disputes, with professional de‑escalation.
• Complete CPR/First Aid training and required security trainings.
