Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Parking Manager to lead event-day parking and traffic operations at Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, AZ. You will plan, staff, and supervise parking resources, coordinate with the City and stakeholders, and ensure safe, guest-focused movement during all events.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and several years in parking, traffic, or venue operations, plus ATSSA TCS certification or ability to obtain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible parking/traffic/venue operations experience, including supervision.
• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
• Ability to complete and maintain training and authorisations for traffic-control plans and related requirements.
• Experience planning and executing parking/traffic operations, staff deployment, access controls, and guest service.
• Working knowledge of temporary traffic-control principles and relevant regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day and event-related parking operations, ensuring safe, guest-focused service.
• Administer parking programs, passes, and credentials for staff, contractors, VIPs, and guests.
• Develop and implement annual traffic control plans in coordination with the City of Glendale and stakeholders.
• Plan parking and transportation logistics for arena events, including parking lot assignments and routes.
• Supervise parking staff, coordinate vendor deployment, and communicate operational plans.
• Develop staffing plans and labor projections to support budgets and service expectations.
• Maintain policies, SOPs, maps, and other documents for consistent operations.
• Oversee parking access, revenue controls, and related technology; conduct audits and maintenance.
