The Parking Manager develops plans, assigns staff, and coordinates with city agencies, ensuring guest-focused service and compliance across strategic parking programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and several years in parking or venue operations with supervisory experience; ATSSA TCS or ability to obtain is required within six months.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports or Event Management, Hospitality, Transportation, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in parking, traffic, transportation, venue, or event operations with supervisory experience.
• ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor (TCS) certification or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day and event-related parking operations with safe, guest-focused service.
• Administer parking programs including passes, credentials, and access controls.
• Develop and implement annual traffic control plans for multiple events in coordination with city agencies.
• Plan parking logistics for arena events including lots, routes, and rideshare operations.
• Lead event-day parking operations, staffing, and communications; adjust to changing conditions.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop parking personnel within budget.
• Maintain policies, SOPs, maps, and deployment plans for consistent operations.
• Oversee parking access, revenue controls, equipment, signage, and vendor support.
• Inspect facilities and coordinate corrective action with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with traffic plans, laws, and accessibility standards.
• Address guest concerns and coordinate with partners for transport needs.
• Prepare budgets, payroll, purchasing, and performance reporting.
