Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years’ of experience in an administrative environment with an emphasis in customer service required.
• One or more years in Parks and Recreation field preferred.
• Knowledge of ice skating facilities operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to public inquiries, requests for facility reservations and complaints in a professional, timely and friendly manner.
• Serve as department point person and administrator for CivicRec reservation software, including configuration and training.
• Manage facility schedule and payroll/events, process payments and reconcile reports with Clerk/Treasurer’s Office.
