Job summary

Qualifications
- 7+ years in live event production, broadcast production, or leadership
- Experience in arenas, sports, touring concerts, or large-scale venues
- Proven ability to align workflows with external partners and maintain safety standards
- Strong knowledge of lighting, audio, video, and show systems
- Leadership, creative direction, and project management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead production ops for arena events (concerts, sports, broadcasts)
- Oversee show design, technical execution, and event-day management
- Manage lighting, sound, staging, and video workflows
- Collaborate with WMU and K-Wings teams to develop SOPs
- Lead in-house and external production resources and maintain brand standards
- Partner with touring productions, promoters, and broadcast teams
- Develop production workflows, docs, and runbooks
