AEG Management Bakersfield is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the first point of contact for guests at The Dignity Health Arena, Theater and Convention Center. You will greet guests, scan tickets, direct seating, and help guests navigate amenities.

The Dignity Health Arena, Theater and Convention Center Guest Services Representative is the initial interaction our guests have at our facilities, and as such must provide excellent customer service and exceed our guests' expectations. The Guest Services Representative's duties include greeting guests, ticket scanning, elevator and escalator operations, directing guests to their seats and arena amenities such as restrooms, concessions, first aid and other event related areas. The Guest Services Representative is responsible for their assigned position and is expected to take ownership by making sure guests follow arena policies and guest code of conduct while addressing situations in a friendly and helpful manner.
