Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Guest Services Representative at Desert Diamond Arena to greet guests, scan tickets, and guide attendees to seats and arena amenities, contributing to a positive event experience.

You will support directions, safety, and policy enforcement, while delivering friendly service. The role requires strong communication and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) year prior customer service experience, preferably in a sports/entertainment venue environment
• Reliable, punctual, and regular attendance with good communication skills.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the facilities for scheduled shifts.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to take direction well and work well with others.
• Must be able to operate radio devices.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and scanning tickets to ensure valid entry.
• Provide guests with friendly and accurate directions and information.
• Direct guests to their seats and arena amenities (restrooms, concessions, first aid).
• Maintain a fun, friendly, and safe environment in assigned sections.
• Keep aisles, stairs and concourse clear of safety hazards.
• Respond to guest questions, information requests and comments.
