Job summary

A BA in Food & Beverage Management or related field plus 1–2 years supervisory experience is required; must work nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid food handler card is required. Strong communication and guest-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event day operations in Premium and Suites areas.
• Train Premium Suite Servers on department standards.
• Ensure proper suite setup and presentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Kitchen, and Warehouse.
• Deliver courteous guest service and upsell for profitability.
• Manage end-of-night close and inventory.
