Tampa Bay Entertainment Properties, LLC is seeking staff for behind-the-scenes roles at Yuengling Center. The position focuses on guest-facing service in a high-energy arena environment and requires following direction while supporting events such as hockey, basketball, and concerts.

The role emphasizes punctuality, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting, with safety and professional presentation as priorities.

Formación

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Prior guest service experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and tear down of events (dasher boards, glass, staging, chairs, etc).
• Work cooperatively with staff members.
• Maintain a clean and neat appearance during work hours.
• Ensure health, safety, and security of coworkers and guests per safety rules and OSHA standards.
• Monitor and report discrepancies, property damage, losses, and safety concerns to the manager.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
