Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, floors, surfaces, and common areas; handling trash and recyclables; and adhering to safety rules.

Qualifications

• Background checks and pre-employment drug screening are required.
• Polite, friendly; prior guest service experience is a plus.
• Energetic, neat, professional appearance.
• Punctual, dependable with excellent attendance.
• Ability to relate to a diverse customer base and work independently or in a team.
• Ability to listen, take directions, multitask and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive first impression by offering World Class Service.
• Keep facility clean and safe before, during, and after events.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms; replenish supplies.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum and maintain floors.
• Clean all surfaces including glass, furniture, fixtures.
• Collect trash and manage recycling.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance during shifts.
• Follow safety procedures and report discrepancies to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
