Job summary

Proof of the Pudding is seeking Warehouse Associates for part-time roles at Gas South Arena in Duluth, GA. Responsibilities include receiving, sorting, and organizing orders to support kitchen operations during events.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, experience in high-volume food distribution, and familiarity with inventory processes. ServSafe certification is preferred, and a valid commute to Duluth is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume food distribution role is needed; work in stadiums, arenas, concerts, and large-scale event centers are comparable to this role.
• ServSafe certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with invoices and inventory management.
• Comfortable commuting to Duluth, GA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving shipments, monitoring inventory, and sorting product.
• Check product in by comparing shipment to order invoice.
• Organize invoices and assist with the PO process.
• Help organize large deliveries multiple times per day.
• Organize prepared food storage, trucks, and cold storage areas.
• Operate food-service equipment safely and in accordance with health codes.
• Label, date, and store food items.
• Assist with post-event donations and inventory reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Culinary team to fulfill shortages and plan distributions.
• Maintain cleanliness of walk-ins, docks, and storage areas.
