AN-MI is seeking an EVS Technician to keep spaces clean, safe, and visitor-ready in Tulsa, OK. You will perform daily cleaning, handle trash, vacuum, and assist with sanitation across hallways, offices, restrooms, and public areas. This role includes nights and mornings with weekend shifts, and pays $13–$15 per hour with full-time benefits.

The position requires OSHA knowledge, ability to lift heavy loads, and strong communication. Training is provided and opportunities for advancement may exist.

What You'll Do

As an EVS Technician, you help keep spaces clean, safe, and ready for visitors and staff. This role exists to support infection prevention and a consistently sanitary facility. The EVS Technician performs a variety of general daily cleaning tasks to maintain areas disinfected, which includes hallways, offices, corridors, bathrooms and public areas; collecting regular trash, vacuuming and other assigned areas of the facility.

Key responsibilities include:

• Clean corridors, restrooms, and shared areas using approved tools and chemical products
• Operate equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums for floor care and sanitation
• Follow OSHA safety rules, including correct chemical handling, storage, and emergency steps
• Use safe lifting and moving techniques for supplies, equipment, and waste
• Remove and dispose of waste according to strict sanitation guidelines
• Respond professionally to staff requests for cleaning support or supply needs

Required qualifications/skills:

• Janitorial/custodial experience
• Working knowledge of OSHA practices, chemical safety, and infection control basics
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely
• Clear communication and strong customer service mindset
• Must be able to work weekends
