Job summary

City of Eagan is seeking a Building Attendant I - Concessions to work seasonal hours at the Eagan Civic Arena. You will greet guests, sell concessions, handle payments, maintain cleanliness, and assist with events. Training provided and no prior experience required, with opportunities to develop customer service and teamwork skills.

The role supports evening and weekend shifts, up to 20 hours per week, with a focus on delivering great guest experiences in a dynamic arena setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position.
• Past experience working in a paid position.
• Experience working with people from all different backgrounds and age groups.
• Ability to ice skate.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and provide information.
• Sell concession food and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the arena.
• Assist in inventory of concession supplies.
• Set up and take down room tables and decorate for events.
• Work as part of a team.
• Follow supervisor directions.
