Qualifications

• Adheres to liquor regulations for minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, condiments and glassware.
• Maintains stock and garnishes, juices and perishables for quality.
• Greets guests courteously.
• Takes drink orders; mixes and garnishes drinks per recipes; controls portions.
• Checks IDs at the bar.
• Detects intoxication per training and liquor laws.
• Processes payments; verifies charges and vouchers.
• Locks up and stores beverages, food, equipment and deposits; secures cash.
• Cleans work area to health and safety standards.
• Arranges bottles and glasses for an attractive display.
