HES Facilities Management is seeking an Area Zone Manager in Hartford, CT to oversee custodial service delivery for educational accounts and manage client relationships. The role includes event management, on-site supervision, and alignment with financial targets across campuses.

You will lead site Supervisors and staff, drive continuous improvement, ensure safety and quality standards, and collaborate with customers to deliver reliable facilities management solutions for school environments.

Job Skills / Requirements

HES is seeking a highly-qualified individual to serve as Area Zone Manager to support our regional account base that specialized in custodial services for businesses. The position will be responsible for providing operational support through disciplines that may include custodial services, event management, etc. The position will include close contact with the customer, on-site Supervisors and Managers, and the employees. The overall goal will be the ability to achieve long-term successful relationship with the customers that that will translate into solid financial results for HES.
