The position requires a high school diploma with at least 1 year in a leadership role in warehouse/production, forklift certification, and basic English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification and a clean driving record.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing techniques is a plus.
• Computer knowledge: SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in basic English; Spanish is a plus.

Job Summary:

Ensures that parts and supplies are distributed to proper departments in a safe and efficient manner as needed to satisfy internal and external customer requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• High school graduate plus 1-year experience in a leadership position in Warehouse operations in production operations in a non-exempt, non-union workforce.
• Ability to obtain a forklift certification and must have a clean driving record. Prior experience with reach truck/stand up forklift is required.
• Experience in Lean manufacturing techniques is a plus.
• Computer Knowledge- SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook.

Starting Pay: $32.80/hr., a shift differential is offered for 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the 90th day of employment.
