The role requires senior-level experience in sales/marketing with a track record of transforming teams, enhancing gross margin, and leveraging cross-geo best practices for nationwide impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial) or Business Administration with marketing emphasis; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales/Marketing; 5+ years in field sales management
• Proven ability to lead individuals and teams and drive results
• Strong communication and influencing skills with cross-geo coordination

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of action oriented area strategies for profitable growth.
• Build organizational capability across area sales teams with enterprise resources for organic growth.
• Provide internal and external sales tools to the sales team and ensure usage.
• Analyze team performance and optimize sales force structure and activities.
• Develop and lead strategic sales plans for growth of value-added services.
• Establish area best practices for new market penetration and differentiation.
• Manage annual sales expense budgets and allocate resources.
• Collaborate across Crescent sales organizations to enable mutual growth across offerings.
