We are seeking a visionary partner ecosystem leader to create and scale the strategic partner motions required to support the company’s Managed Business initiative.
This executive will be responsible for designing, launching, and operationalizing two critical partner programs that establish Calix as a meaningful platform within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem.
This role is focused on ecosystem creation, program architecture, market development, and organizational leadership rather than direct MSP partner account management. Strategic and high-value MSP relationships will be owned by Sales teams, while broad and long-tail MSP engagement will be delivered through scalable programmatic motions. This leader’s team will manage MSP ecosystem partners where appropriate to the specific audience and partner category.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience building MSP-focused partnerships and programs in North America and a demonstrated track record of creating new ecosystems, developing scalable partner strategies, and leading high-performing organizations through periods of transformation and growth.
The base pay range for this position varies based on the geographic location. More information about the pay range specific to candidate location and other factors will be shared during the recruitment process. Individual pay is determined based on location of residence and multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
