Job summary

Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials in Dallas, TX is seeking an Area Transportation Operations Manager to lead regional transportation operations, drive efficiency, profitability, and service excellence while partnering with operations leadership, safety teams, and line of business leaders.

You will oversee P&L performance, monitor KPIs, develop action plans, ensure DOT compliance, mentor regional teams, and support recruiting and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, transportation, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• 5+ years of transportation, logistics, or fleet management with multi-site oversight.
• Strong understanding of transportation operations, DOT compliance, fleet utilization, and safety management.
• Proven experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and personnel development experience.
• Ability to drive implementation of systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and transportation reporting systems.

We Require:
