Job summary

The Minnesota Department of Transportation in Roseville seeks a project manager to lead from inception to completion of transportation projects and studies in Ramsey and Anoka Counties, directing teams, negotiating agreements, and serving as the primary contact for public agencies, partners, and the public.

You will establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public, public officials, and internal and external stakeholders while applying MnDOT standards and laws related to

Qualifications

• Licensure as a professional engineer with the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design (AELSLAGID).
• Three (3) years of post-registration engineering experience that demonstrates knowledge of Pre-design, Final Design, Planning, Traffic Engineering, State Aid and Construction.
• Experience in project management sufficient to prioritize and schedule multiple projects to meet letting schedules and to manage budgets and staff.
• Knowledge of MnDOT standards and federal, state, and local laws, regulations, policies and codes as they relate to transportation system planning, design, construction, maintenance and operation.
