Job summary

AbleLight is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver person-centered training across service lines for individuals, workforce, and partners in Missouri. This role collaborates with local leadership, clinical services, quality, compliance, and learning & development to maximize impact using Relias and standard operating practices.

The candidate will provide front-line training on state guidelines, safety care, PCSP basics, and On-the-Job training for supervisors and DSPs, while supporting ISL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or commensurate experience.
• Three years of IDD experience in a similar role and advanced system technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centered training to workforce, individuals, and community partners.
• Create training materials and coordinate with Learning & Development.
• Attend operations stand ups and support Therap, Relias, and MS Teams training ecosystems.
• Train on PCSPs, infection control, documentation procedures, and EMAR.
• Onboard Supervisors and DSPs via on-the-job training and case-by-case support.
• Serve as SME for SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 products for staff.
• Support quality improvements like Plan of Correction retraining and audits.
• Upload training certificates and records to Relias and maintain documentation.]
