Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service and supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Store operations and supervising Associates.
• Ensures safety and a secure shopping environment.
• Maintains customer service standards and operational processes.
• Controls retail associates' break schedules.
• Conducts payroll administration and cash management duties.

Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills

Fluency in English

Prior Customer Service experience

Supervisory experience

Familiarity with point-of-sale equipment

Ability to perform basic calculations
