McDonald’s is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead multiple restaurants, driving sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will coach General Managers, uphold McDonald’s values, and build strong relationships with crew and customers.

The role requires leadership, multitasking, and a passion for operational success across fast-paced environments. This is a full-time position at a multirestaurant franchise operator.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in GM/supervisor roles in quick-service or casual dining.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Foodservice experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly to assigned restaurants.
• Hamburger University, ROLP, or Business Capstone graduates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop restaurant teams to maximize sales, profits, and operational excellence.
• Work with General Managers to meet results and uphold McDonald’s values.
• Build strong relationships with crew, leadership, and customers.
• Ensure managers maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Drive restaurants to meet or exceed budget goals (labor, sales, profit, food cost, and controllables).
• Enforce operational and company policies.
• Support the staffing process.
• Develop managers to perform at their best.
• Ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
• Review reports, analyzing performance, and creating action plans to address gaps.
• Follow up daily to ensure progress.
• Manage multiple priorities with excellent time management skills.
