Job summary

Northern Lights Locating and Inspection is hiring a full-time Area Supervisor - Locate to monitor tickets, supervise locators, and coordinate field operations across assigned regions. The role requires extensive travel (≈75%+), strong troubleshooting skills, and adherence to safety and company policies.

You will review timecards, assist with vacations, and support team morale while maintaining high-quality Locate services. DOT certification readiness and valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tickets on the Northern Lights portal and rebalance workload.
• Locate designated areas to regulate volume and maintain quality.
• Assist with field audits and calendar coordination.
• Review and approve timecards on Sundays.
• Train new locators and assist with safety initiatives.
