Dollar Tree is seeking an Area Supervisor at one of our Distribution Centers in West Memphis, AR. You will oversee operations in your assigned area (Bulk, Shipping, Receiving, Repack, or Forklift) and supervise up to 40 associates, ensuring safe, efficient daily activities.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 years supervisory experience in an automated distribution environment; RF and pick-to-light familiarity is helpful in a fast-paced setting. A yearly bonus is available.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1–3 years supervisory or management experience in an automated distribution or production environment.
• Familiarity with RF and pick-to-light systems is desired.
• Ability to work multiple shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations and associates within your assigned area (Bulk, Shipping, Receiving, Repack, or Forklift).
• Ensure daily warehouse activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with company policies.
• Provide orientation, coaching, and training to associates on processes and procedures.
• Coordinate with other DC departments to achieve daily goals.
• Lead and develop associates, ensuring safety, sanitation, quality, and standards.
