Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• Ability to work multiple shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee up to 40 associates in the Distribution Center.
• Ensure production, quality, and safety standards are maintained.
• Provide coaching and training to associates on departmental processes.
• Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational goals.
• Conduct inspections of assigned work areas and equipment.
