Job description

This is a challenging and rewarding commercial cleaning supervisor/operative role for someone in the Bedford area with very good attention to detail, good communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a professional manner.

Job Details

1. Position: Area Supervisor, supporting the Area Manager and covering various client sites. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with cleaning operatives, maintaining high cleaning standards by leading by example, resolving issues, and keeping the Area Manager updated to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Hours and Pay: The role is new, with hours likely between 4 pm and 8 pm, Monday to Friday. The pay rate is £15 per hour.
3. Reporting Line: The Area Supervisor will report to the Area Manager, who reports to the Operations Manager.
