Job summary

cleanteamclean is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee custodial services across assigned facilities in New Mexico. You will train, coach, and directly supervise staff, plan and organize all custodial operations, and perform regular inspections to address sub-standard performances.

You will continually seek ways to improve methods, reduce operating costs, maintain strong employee relations, allocate work during shortages or events, and escalate serious issues to senior management while ensuring

• Plan and organize all custodial operations.
• Perform continuous inspections of facility areas taking appropriate actions as needed to resolve sub-standard or non-conforming performances.
• Continually evaluate methods, procedures, processes and materials to improve performance and reduce operating cost.
• Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
• Allocate work as needed due to shortages or special requirements or events.
• Take immediate action on routine complaints; report those of a serious nature to the Director of Operations, Operations Administrator or Senior Management.
• Review and verify time keeping reports by payroll deadlines.
