About the Role

As an Area Supervisor, this position is responsible for managing/directing the daily activities of Field Technicians relating to providing service to TVMs, TOMS and Validators in New Jersey specifically New York City and Jersey City. The incumbent is a qualified, individual producer who applies a strong knowledge of maintenance/diagnostic concepts, practices and procedures, generally works under deadlines and is capable of handling heavy workloads and operating with only general supervision.

Responsibilities

+ Provides direct support to Technicians for error/problem resolution.

+ Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.

+ Provides technical onsite maintenance and support for new and existing systems.

+ Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors and exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.

+ Provides feedback/performance reviews on a periodic basis.

+ Performs administrative duties including workforce scheduling, time reporting

+ Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

+ Formal training in electronics or equivalent electronics work experience.

+ 3-5 years of related technical support experience.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.

+ Past experience in a leadership position of managing and directing subordinates.

+ Strong customer interface and interpersonal communication skills experience.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $61,985- $80,500.
