Job summary

ROSS Consultancy USA is seeking an Area Superintendent – Electrical for a major Data Centre project in Chandler, Arizona. This site leadership role owns the electrical installation from rough-in to energisation and handover to commissioning.

You'll lead electrical trade partners, manage sequencing, and ensure the installation is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality, while coordinating with design and commissioning teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' electrical construction experience.
• 2–3+ years' experience at Superintendent level.
• Experience managing electrical subcontractors on large-scale projects.
• Data Centre, Mission Critical or similarly complex industrial experience.
• Strong understanding of power distribution and energisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the electrical installation across your assigned area.
• Lead electrical subcontractors and manage day-to-day site delivery.
• Oversee MV/LV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, busway and PDUs.
• Drive 3-week lookaheads and coordinate electrical sequencing with the wider project schedule.
• Lead safety, LOTO and energisation activities within your area.
• Work closely with Field Engineering and Design on RFIs, drawings and technical issues.
• Drive quality and ensure installations are ready for inspection and testing.
• Coordinate closely with Commissioning to deliver systems ready for turnover.

ROSS Consultancy USA is hiring an Area Superintendent – Electrical for a major Data Centre project in Chandler, Arizona.

This is a key site leadership role, responsible for driving the electrical installation across your area of the project — from rough-in and equipment installation through energisation, testing and handover to commissioning.

You'll own the work in your area, leading electrical trade partners, managing sequencing, and ensuring the installation is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality.

• Take ownership of the electrical installation across your assigned area
• Lead electrical subcontractors and manage day-to-day site delivery
• Oversee MV/LV distribution, switchgear, UPS, generators, busway and PDUs

• Comfortable leading teams, managing sequencing and driving work in the field
• OSHA 30 preferred
