Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in operations or in a relevant field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in shipbuilding, manufacturing, construction or relevant field(s)
• Must be available to work all shifts and extended hours as business needs dictate
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance through the department of defense

Responsibilities

• Management oversight of a designated area for the Columbia program.
• Direct daily activities of multiple operations to achieve department and facility goals.
• Monitor safety, quality and schedules; drive process improvements and cost objectives.
• Motivate and train first line supervision; promote a positive team environment.
• Interface with Human Resources to resolve employee issues and develop workforce.
