• Applicants must be willing to relocate within 20 miles to the assigned store. The stores for consideration include:

Andalusia, AL; Atmore, AL; Bay Minette, AL; Brewton, AL; Dothan, AL; Enterprise, AL; Jackson, AL; Monroeville, AL; Ozark, AL; Saraland, AL; Troy, AL

Store Managers oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales, develop high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who leads by example and inspires ownership at all levels.

Candidates will participate in our Store Manager Training program, receiving instruction on success strategies. Some travel is required during training. After assignment, ongoing training and support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top Sales Associates
• Create a welcoming environment and ensure outstanding customer service
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally
• Monitor sales and coach for results and growth
• Maintain compliance with merchandising and operational standards
• Collaborate with Credit Department on account collections
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate product flow
• Oversee warehouse and delivery operations
• Participate in company initiatives and contribute growth ideas
• Lead with integrity, accountability, and ownership mindset

Physical Requirements & Professional Expectations

• Work in warehouse and delivery environments as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required)
