• If assigned, the applicant must be willing to relocate within 20 miles to the assigned store. The list of stores for consideration includes:

Barbourville, KY; Jamestown, TN; Lafollette, TN; Monticello, KY; New Tazewell, TN; Oneida, TN; Rogersville, TN; Williamsburg, KY

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, drive sales, develop teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in Store Manager Training program, with travel required during training. Post-assignment, ongoing training and support will be provided.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a top-performing sales team.
• Create a welcoming environment and ensure excellent customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally.
• Monitor sales and provide coaching for growth.
• Maintain compliance with merchandising, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Support account collections with the Credit Department.
• Manage inventory and ensure product flow.
• Oversee warehouse and delivery operations for quality and efficiency.
• Contribute strategic ideas for growth and participate in company initiatives.
• Lead with integrity, accountability, and ownership mindset.
• Must have
