Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations, drive sales, develop teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in Store Manager Training program, with some travel during training period.
• Post-training, receive ongoing support and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain sales staff.
• Create a welcoming environment and ensure outstanding customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally.
• Monitor sales and coach team members.
• Ensure compliance with store standards.
• Support credit department with account collections.
• Manage inventory and oversee warehouse and delivery operations.
• Contribute ideas for business growth.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
