Description
- Store Managers are responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, driving sales, developing high-performing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and inspires ownership at every level.
- Candidates will be placed in our Store Manager Training program, which includes instruction on succeeding in this dynamic business. Some travel is required during training. Afterward, ongoing training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing Sales Associates
- Create a welcoming environment and ensure outstanding customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations professionally
- Monitor sales performance and coach for results and growth
- Ensure compliance with merchandising, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Collaborate with Credit Department for account collections
- Manage inventory and ensure timely product flow
- Oversee warehouse and delivery operations for quality and efficiency
- Participate in company initiatives and contribute growth ideas
- Lead with integrity, accountability, and ownership mindset
- Note: Job requires "F" Endorsement; proof must be provided

Physical Requirements & Professional Expectations
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift and move merchandise up to 50 pounds
- Comfort in warehouse and delivery environments
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if needed)
